1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Home Inspection, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Inspection Limitations

The home inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property. It is designed to identify defects within specific systems and components that are both observed and deemed material by the inspector. The inspection is not a warranty or guarantee of the condition of the property.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for the inspection is due prior to the release of the final written report. We accept major credit cards (via Stripe) and offline physical payments. If payment is not received, the report will be withheld until the balance is settled.

4. Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled inspection may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the inspection cost.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Home Inspection's liability for any errors or omissions in the inspection report is limited to a refund of the fee paid for the inspection. We are not liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We will not share your personal information or the contents of your inspection report with any third party without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
